Grinzing, near Vienna

Grinzing is a small village about 10 kilometers north of  Vienna. Beethoven composed the "Pastorale" symphony here.

There are many small restaurants called "Heurige" here where we can eat lunch and drink wine in the garden.

When I was sketching, sitting in front of the closed door of a post office, suddenly the door opened and a man came out.

Finding that I was sketching there, he locked the door for me. I was obliged by his kindness.
